Job summary

Takeda Lodz location seeks an Associate Director, GCSC Operations Lead to plan and execute global clinical supply activities (packaging, labeling, distribution, returns) under the GCSC Director. You will coordinate budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery of clinical trial materials.

The role may involve personnel management and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in pharmacy or a relevant scientific/technical field.
• Significant job-related experience in pharma or contract/service provider environments preferred.
• Experience with medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Clinical Supply activities including packaging, labeling, distribution and return
• Coordinate with QA/QP, Regulatory, Logistics and Clinical Operations to ensure timely, compliant material delivery
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and invoices to meet study timelines and budgetary targets
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements within the Clinical Supplies Team
