Job summary

ICON Clinical Research in Poland is seeking a Project Specialist to join the remote study team supporting global study managers in EMEA, APAC and US. This role offers remote work within a sponsor-dedicated model powered by ICON’s global expertise.

You will contribute to delivering studies on time, within budget and to quality, with oversight of eTMF completeness, vendor management and country-specific regulatory activities. Fluent English and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Life Science degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of clinical trial experience in clinical research.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the sponsor's Global Study Team delivering the clinical study on time, cost and quality.
• Budget oversight—manage task/change orders, expenses, tracking updates and escalation as needed.
• Oversee country activities including recruitment progress, data completeness, regulatory approvals and budgets.
• Vendor management and CRO oversight with timely delivery of study-specific tasks.
• Data oversight including eTMF completeness and document verification.
