Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Civil Field Engineer to oversee on-site civil construction activities within an international project environment. You will work with the Civil Site Manager to coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with technical, scheduling, cost, and EHS requirements.

You will drive a Zero Harm culture, manage deviations and risks, monitor progress and costs, and hand over complete project documentation to Engineering. Global travel is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• First experience in the execution of complex industrial projects (EPC/CP).
• Knowledge of construction processes, EHS policies, regulations for complex projects.
• Ideally experience leading multinational teams and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction activities on site and coordinate subcontractors/partners.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-efficient project execution.
• Promote Zero Harm culture and enforce EHS compliance on site.
• Track progress, costs, schedules, and reporting with transparent communication.
• Handover technical changes, documentation, and As-Built records to Engineering.
