Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting or business experience.
• Strong background in organizational change management, improvement, design thinking, learning & development, and transformation.
• Proven track record delivering client engagements in organizational transformation.
• Experience with ERP/Outsourcing/Cloud/Salesforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale international transformation programs focusing on organizational change and digital/ERP implementations.
• Be an integral part of project teams to ensure successful client delivery and customer experience.
• Develop and implement change strategies and plans; conduct impact and readiness assessments.
• Manage client stakeholders across levels; plan communications and training programs.
• Contribute to the development of our organizational transformation methodology and proposals.
