Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a CDD Officer to join our team and ensure clients meet regulatory and KYC requirements. You will conduct client reviews, prepare risk analyses, and maintain accurate records in a dynamic, international environment.

This role offers a hybrid/remote work option, collaboration with Compliance and Quality Control teams, and opportunities to develop regulatory compliance expertise across European frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in CDD, KYC, AML or related area is advantageous.
• Knowledge of WTT, WWFT, sanctions and broader European compliance requirements.
• Ability to understand corporate structures, regulatory frameworks and tax concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; other languages a plus.
• Proactive hands-on approach; comfortable with databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Client Risk Analyses in line with the CDD framework.
• Conduct client due diligence reviews and ensure all CDD requirements are met.
• Review client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify, retrieve and analyze information from client files for risk assessments.
• Support colleagues with day-to-day CDD matters and queries.
• Maintain client records and regulatory tracking systems.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required information/documents.
• Update compliance systems with timely and accurate information.
