Job summary

ZF Group in Poland seeks a Category Data & Strategy Analyst to shape the future of our product categories in a fast-paced, international environment. You will drive insights on sales, margins and profitability, develop strategic dashboards, and support global decision-making for IAM and OES markets.

You will collaborate across regions, leverage SAP and Power BI, and contribute to the creation of our Global Category Book.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities with SAP/Power BI.
• International exposure and strategic mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics on sales, margin and profitability with dashboards and visibility.
• Support pricing and market feedback to shape category positioning.
• Assist in creating data for strategic direction for IAM and OES.
• Contribute to the Global Category Book with data from ERP systems and Power BI.
• Develop standard analysis dashboards for category development.
