Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking a skilled BESS Commissioning Service Engineer to support commissioning, service, and rework for Lyten products. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on technical work at customer sites worldwide, with operations centered at the Gdańsk workshop when not traveling.

The ideal candidate has customer technical support experience, strong English, and knowledge of battery systems, with SEP E permissions and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer technical support.
• Experience with high-voltage power electronics.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Valid electrical permissions (SEP E).
• Willingness to travel 50–70% and operate in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, commissioning, and rework of Lyten products at customer sites and in the Gdańsk workshop.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of site observations, testing procedures, and checklists.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare service reports for all activities.
• Interact with customers to resolve problems and ensure proper follow-up.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance of Lyten products.
