Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven delivery of complex transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory environments.
• Experience with cross-functional and international teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within time, scope and budget.
• Manage transformation initiatives across Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies.
• Governance, reporting, risk/issue management, and escalation.
• Align objectives with senior stakeholders and strategic goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support business process improvements and digital transformation.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing and transition to BAU.
