Job summary

AutoBidMaster, LLC in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Sales Agent to join our International Sales Team. You will connect with daily leads, advise on buying cars from US auctions, and guide clients through the purchase to final delivery, building relationships with a global buyer base.

This full-time, on-site role offers base compensation plus uncapped commissions, 20 paid vacation days, paid sick days, and all necessary equipment.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in car sales or strong understanding of US auto auction industry.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing sales.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Experience working with CRM tools, ZenDesk and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with daily leads and guide them on buying cars from US auto auctions through our platform.
• Handle the entire purchase cycle—from advising on winning bids to payment guidance and delivery.
• Grow assigned accounts and consistently meet monthly sales goals.
• Provide top-tier support, gather feedback, and build relationships for repeat business.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers and internal teams.
