The Global Service Architect (GSA) for Digital Workplace (DWP) Voicebot and Chatbot is responsible for coordinating and leading research and development (R&D) projects focused on voicebot and chatbot technologies within the digital workplace ecosystem. The GSA will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize voicebot and chatbot solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of both DWP and conversational AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
