Woodward in Poland is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead customer-facing workstreams in international production transitions and drive APQP readiness in a regulated environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, process, tooling and quality, manage risks, and provide clear visibility of status, decisions and next steps to customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Management, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of project or program management in aerospace, automotive or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading production transfers, industrialization, or NPI.
• Knowledge of APQP, Part-145, and customer quality deliverables.
• Ability to lead international cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Fluent English for customer meetings and issue resolution.
• Availability for regular afternoon/evening calls with US stakeholders.
• Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management, risk management.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Microsoft Project or Planisware.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing workstreams for international production transfers and post-transfer industrialization.
• Own plan for customer requirements, APQP deliverables and compliance commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of product, process, tooling, documentation, capacity and quality.
• Manage customer and quality aspects of transfer, including open issues and launches.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, action logs, risk registers and decisions.
• Identify schedule, quality, compliance and execution risks; establish owners and mitigations.
• Prepare concise status updates and lead reviews with customers and stakeholders.
• Document and close actions on time.
