Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw is seeking an actuarial professional to support financial and actuarial reporting, develop methodologies and maintain data analysis and IT systems for ERGO Group entities internationally.

You will work with actuaries, accounting specialists and IT teams to strengthen IFRS 17/ Solvency II results, improve reporting processes, and grow technical expertise in life and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills (C1+ level).
• University degree in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Insurance Finance & Accounting, Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years in actuarial/insurance accounting.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an international team.
• Intercultural awareness and willingness to collaborate across countries.
• Proactive, curious mindset with initiative.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Flexibility, resilience and openness to change.
• Motivation to learn with support from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international teams of actuaries and IT professionals to deliver objectives.
• Clarify system requirements and IFRS 17 / Solvency II results with entities.
• Develop actuarial methodologies and guidelines for life and health insurance.
• Support reserve reviews and analyze key financial drivers.
• Manage data flows and IFRS 17 processes across ERGO systems.
• Use FIS Prophet for IFRS 17 and Solvency II modelling.
• Assist in collecting and validating IFRS 17 closing figures.
• Contribute to development of actuarial, financial and IT systems.
• Coordinate intragroup reinsurance reserving under IFRS 17.
• Open to Product Owner role for actuarial/IT/accounting systems.
