A shared service center is seeking a Global Accounts Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering contracted services to customers within the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have fluent English and German, along with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills. Global Accounts Coordinatorwho will be responsible for delivery of the contracted services to customers within the EMEA region.
Your responsibilities:
Identify internal and external stakeholders and set up aservice knowledge management systembased on Ricoh’s best practices.
Coordinateonboarding, service acceptance, and operational readinessduring the transition phase to ensure smooth service setup according to the contract.
Communicate service transition updates to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Manageservice levels, performance, and customer satisfaction, including measurement and reporting.
Ensure best practices are followed and drive continuous improvement through aService Improvement Plan.
Handleglobal communications, taking ownership of query resolution, issue escalation, and reporting.
Work closely with internal teams and account managers in Ricoh Operating Companies (OpCos) to build strong business relationships.
Contribute to thecreation and standardizationof Ricoh’s service processes and procedures.
Monitor and track orders, keeping customers and stakeholders informed and ensuring data accuracy across systems, assets, and requests.
