Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our Accounting Team in Poland. The role focuses on establishing efficient client service delivery within Accounting & Tax, handling month-end close, reconciliations, and AP/AR processes while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-country, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform period-end and year-end closing operations accurately and on time.
• Prepare reconciliations of accounts and balance sheets, intercompany reconciliations, and other month-end close reports.
• Handle day-to-day AP & AR activities: invoice entry, PO matching, corrections, and resolving blocked invoices.
• Prepare payment proposals and perform duplicate invoice checks.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders via workflow tools and email.
• Respond to inquiries and support issue resolution; contribute to team metrics and performance objectives.
• Comply with accounting standards, policies, and procedures; explore process improvements.
