Flint Consulting Ltd in Krakow is seeking a dedicated Accountant for a hybrid role within a global GAR team. You will manage VAT accounting, participate in month-end close, and prepare financial statements for European entities.

We value hands-on accounting experience, fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate with cross-border teams. The role offers exposure to US GAAP and local GAAP compliance in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Familiar with monthly GL close and statutory financial statements.
• Basic knowledge of VAT in Europe.
• Proficient with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Handle VAT accounting and monthly reconciliations in ARCS and VAT accounts.
• Collaborate with Indirect Tax, Accounts Payable & Receivable to ensure VAT accuracy in GL.
• Participate in month-end GL close procedures, balance sheet reviews, and FX reporting.
• Provide day-to-day accounting support for holding entities and month-end close reconciliations.
• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
