Job summary

Connect-AI in Warsaw is expanding its EMEA technical operation and seeks a Technical Support Specialist with strong GIS and Esri expertise to join the team. You’ll diagnose and resolve complex GIS issues across ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise, databases and supporting infrastructure, while working with customers across Europe and collaborating with Product, Engineering and Project teams.

You don’t need to speak Polish; strong English is the key requirement, and there’s a Warsaw-hybrid model with 3–4 days

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in technical support or GIS-related customer facing roles.
Strong experience with ArcGIS Server / Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro.
Experience in GIS data analysis and geoprocessing.
Exposure to Python or scripting is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex GIS and software issues.
Troubleshoot ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise / Server and Esri Portal.
Analyse GIS data, mapping workflows and geoprocessing issues.
Investigate database, web service and application configuration problems.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
Support platform upgrades, configurations and integrations.
Test fixes and new functionality; collaborate with Product, Engineering and Project teams.
Help customers derive more value from GIS technology and workflows.
