OPmobility SE in Gliwice, Poland, is seeking a Transport Buyer with German to develop sourcing and purchasing strategies for road freight services, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts in a global mobility group.

You will drive cost optimization, monitor supplier performance, and ensure quality, delivery, and compliance while collaborating with procurement, logistics, and finance teams; fluent English and German, plus strong Excel and SAP experience, are essential.

Qualificações

2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics sourcing.
Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Fluent English and German.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies for road freight services.
Identify market opportunities and trends to optimize costs, supplier performance, and service quality.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving cost-reduction and performance-improvement initiatives.
Lead supplier sourcing, selection, and contract negotiation activities in line with plant and project requirements.
Ensure achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets across the assigned logistics categories.
Manage the Order-to-Pay process, ensuring compliance with internal purchasing policies and authorization procedures.
Monitor supplier performance, contractual commitments, and continuous improvement actions.
