WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent. You will handle inquiries via inbound calls and email, providing support for mobile, internet, and TV services while identifying sales opportunities.

The role requires German at C1 and English at B2, with relocation assistance and a comprehensive training program. On-site, full-time with performance-based bonuses, in a dynamic international setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level German (C1) required.
• English proficiency at B2 level is needed for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service, support, telecom, or sales is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities requested.
• Good PC skills and comfort with digital tools are required.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and telecom services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls and email in German.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot mobile, internet, and TV issues.
• Assist customers with billing questions and account management.
• Identify needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform cross-selling and upselling activities.
• Support contract renewals and customer retention efforts.
• Handle cancellation-related inquiries and contribute to loyalty.
• Document customer interactions, cases, and solutions accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting quality targets.
