Job summary

WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent to join an international team supporting mobile, internet, and TV services.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, provide technical assistance, and identify opportunities to cross-sell products while maintaining high service quality.

Relocation support is provided; the role is full-time, on-site with a 14-month salary cycle and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level German (C1)
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Experience in customer service, support, or sales is advantageous
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Good PC skills and confidence with digital tools

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls and email
• Provide technical support for mobile, internet, TV, billing, and accounts
• Identify customer needs and recommend products/services
• Cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Support contract renewals and customer retention
