Qualifications
- Experience in engineering in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, or life sciences.
- Experience in managing complex transformation projects in an engineering environment.
- Strong background in product development processes and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Engineering transformation: strategy, processes, methods, and change management.
- Strategy & transformation for PLM/PDM projects to optimize processes and implement digital transformations.
- Software & systems engineering support, modeling and tool tailoring for client needs.
- Digital twin, digital continuity, and connected value chain improvements.
- Cross-functional collaboration across sales, manufacturing and procurement.
- Drive measurable cost reductions across product lifecycle.
