Job summary

Pontoon Solutions, part of The Adecco Group, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with German to support contingent workforce programs and partner with clients, suppliers, and hiring managers across the recruitment lifecycle.

You will manage requisitions through VMS platforms, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and act as a trusted contact while maintaining data accuracy and driving process improvements in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and strong communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions or MSP.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment requisitions through VMS platforms.
• Coordinating hiring activities, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, hiring managers, and suppliers.
• Supporting contingent workforce programs and ensuring compliance with established processes.
• Maintaining accurate data, reporting, and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
