Job summary

QIMA in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a German-speaking Auditor to join our Audit Services team. The role focuses on QHSE and social compliance audits at supplier sites, with onsite execution and thorough reporting.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in social audits, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel as required. Fluency in German is essential to liaise with clients and factories. This is a full-time onsite role in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience conducting social audits.
• Experience with QHSE and social compliance standards.
• Strong communication, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required to conduct audits.
• Fluency in German.

Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing sites of clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning.
• Record findings in detailed reports to be delivered to the client.
• Maintain high integrity; audits impact suppliers, factory staff, and clients.
• Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures.
• Contribute ideas for improving the quality of Operations projects.
