Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager with German to support real estate project management and advisory engagements. The role suits candidates with a background in architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate who want to develop their careers in the built environment sector.

You'll help manage projects through their full lifecycle, coordinate real estate and infrastructure work, support planning, budgeting, reporting and stakeholder coordination, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
• +2 years’ professional experience in real estate construction sector.
• Fluent German and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate projects throughout the full project lifecycle from planning to close-out.
• Assist in coordinating and delivering real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct technical assessments, project reviews and feasibility analyses.
• Prepare and review project documentation, specifications, plans and cost estimates.
• Monitor progress, risks, budgets, timelines and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects and engineers.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops and site visits as required.
• Prepare client-facing documentation and presentations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and project delivery methodologies.
