Solvti is seeking a driven sales professional to engage with German-speaking clients, understand their needs, and drive sales of our software solutions. In this role you will identify prospects in German-speaking regions, tailor solutions, and build lasting relationships to fuel growth of our Odoo ERP and .NET offerings.

Fluency in Polish and German (C1) and English (B2) is essential, as is a proactive, customer-focused mindset and a flexible approach to varied tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and German (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
• Pleasant and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexible and willing to engage with varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Increase the company’s revenue through acquiring new customers.
• Maximize sales revenue by upselling to non-strategic customers.
• Grow the customer base by acquiring new customers and keeping existing customers active.
• Promote and sell Odoo ERP systems and .NET solutions.
