We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions, located in Szczecin, Poland. This is an ideal opportunity to join a dynamic, multilingual team and build a career in customer support for the German market.

What you'll do

  • Deliver written customer support in German (email, chat) for the German market, with occasional phone contacts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing prior interactions and using internal systems.
  • Process manual refunds and handle GDPR-related complaints accurately and empathetically.
  • Work across multiple systems while maintaining high precision and quality in each interaction.
  • Perform full-time, on-site in Szczecin, working rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday 09:00-18:00).

What you bring

  • Fluent German (C1) and fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Excellent written communication skills able to clearly explain solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Patience, empathy and emotional resilience.
  • Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute + solid computer literacy.
  • Availability to work full-time on site in Szczecin, Poland (EU work permit or eligible).
