Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Sofia is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site. You will assist German-speaking customers via available channels, respond clearly, document interactions, and escalate complex cases as needed.

Fluency in German and good English are required. Relocation support and temporary accommodation are provided to help you settle in Bulgaria, with an international and multicultural working environment.

• Eligible to work in Bulgaria / the EU
