Job summary

WW Talents in Athens is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Agent to provide after-sales support for premium household appliances. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat and troubleshoot product issues.

You will document interactions in Salesforce, support UK/Ireland customers when required, and enjoy an on-site schedule with a competitive package including a monthly gross salary and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Familiar with Salesforce and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Salary: €1,400 gross per 14 month + bonuses + full relocation package
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday; working hours from 10:00 to 19:00)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Agent, you will provide after-sales support and troubleshooting, assisting customers with product, delivery, and refund inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide German-speaking customer service and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot product functionality and technical issues related to household appliances
• Handle customer inquiries regarding deliveries, refunds, and product-related concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions and manage cases using Salesforce
• Provide professional and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey
• Assist English-speaking customers from the UK and Ireland when required
• Contribute to additional customer support channels and projects during low seasons
• Work with innovative and AI-powered applications when required
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent or native-level German with C1 proficiency
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Ability to confidently use customer support and CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
