You will handle customer service, coordinate with internal teams, analyze forecasts, manage orders, and resolve complaints, contributing to a robust supply chain in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency (B2/C1)

• Ability to work with IT systems and applications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and build long-term relationships with business clients in the automotive and machinery sectors
• Coordinate daily activities with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics, production)
• Analyze customers’ purchasing forecasts to support planning
• Manage orders and plan logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
