Responsibilities

• Managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing.
• Correct data entering per each order to ensure correct deliveries and invoices.
• Registering and resolving transportation complaints.
• Contacting customers regarding their order and shipment details.
• Cooperating with logistics department.
