German Speaker | Customer Experience Specialist

Kats Recruitment Elevating Your Career Story. We are hiring German-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join an international service centre in Gdańsk, Poland. In this role, you will support German-market customers, solve problems with empathy, and ensure a smooth post-service experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound phone and email enquiries from German-speaking customers.
  • Support clients with post-booking questions, complaints, service updates and general assistance.
  • Deliver accurate, clear and empathetic responses while following internal guidelines.
  • Log all case information in the system with full accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex cases when needed and collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain strong performance on quality, communication and customer satisfaction metrics.
Your Profile
  • Fluent German (C1) + strong English (B2+).

  • Experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable multitasking and working with various internal systems.

  • Flexible to work full-time or part-time, including up to two weekends per month.
  • EU citizenship or valid EU work permit (role based in Poland).
