Job summary

Bridgestone seeks a Credit Control Team Leader in Poznań to manage credit approval and collections, ensuring compliance with credit policies. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with finance, supply chain, and sales teams to support the company's financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of supervisory experience, along with strong skills in negotiation, communication, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• 7 years of progressive credit experience in a sales or similar environment.
• Prior experience in collections and A/R, including regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in German (C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage credit approval and collections activities.
• Develop and lead a team of credit and collections staff.
• Monitor customer credit risk and recommend exposure limits.
• Negotiate collateral and security agreements.
• Support collection procedures and handle escalations.
• Prepare and manage dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Review A/R ledger and resolve aged invoices.
