Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Operations Client Partner to drive seamless client interactions and tailored solutions for our DACH region. You will coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather requirements, track timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.

With 2+ years of experience, you will thrive in a collaborative, international environment and use your German language skills to engage clients effectively while contributing to continuous improvement and robust data operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with a client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary operational contact for clients in the DACH region, handling operational concerns including requirements, timelines, data changes, and quality issues.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to ensure clear information exchange.
• Requirement Gathering & Delivery: Collect client requirements, translate into internal work orders, set timelines, monitor progress to delivery.
• Collaboration with Operations Teams: Work with internal teams to troubleshoot inquiries and maintain workflow.
• High-Quality Solution Delivery: Ensure precise delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Proactive Solution Development: Identify improvements for robust, cost-effective data production for NIQ.
• Quality Assurance & Post-Production: Coordinate BAU post-production quality checks.
• Operational Meetings & Escalation Management: Participate in and coordinate meetings to address client concerns.
