Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative for a Google Cloud project in Krakow. This hybrid role focuses on identifying new B2B clients, driving outbound activity, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales cycle to close deals.

You will work in an international team with KPI-driven targets and strong career growth in cloud and tech sales. Fluency in German and English (B2) is required.

Role Overview

• Identify and engage new B2B clients
• Drive outbound activities (calls, emails, prospecting)

• Work towards monthly & quarterly KPIs
• Support the sales cycle and contribute to closing deals

Working Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Flexible start between 07:00 – 10:00
• Latest finish: 19:00

Requirements

• Native/Fluent German + English B2
• Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (mandatory)
• Background in one of the following:
• SaaS / IT / Tech Sales
• Google Ads / Meta Ads Sales
• Cloud solutions
• Experience with:
• KPI-driven environments
• Outbound sales activities
• Closing deals
