Aviva plc is hiring for an AI Implementation Specialist in the Aviva Services Excellence Centre. You will design, build and deliver GenAI applications that automate workflows and enhance decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, product, architecture, data, risk and compliance.

You will develop internal AI-powered solutions, implement context retrieval and agent-based workflows, and contribute to MLOps and secure, compliant production delivery using Python and

Qualificações

• A few years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on understanding of large language models and experience developing LLM-based applications, context pipelines or AI-assisted workflows.
• Good Python proficiency and experience writing clean, testable code for business applications.
• Practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), preferably in the context of generative AI applications.
• Experience with APIs and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and support AI-powered applications using large language models, cloud services and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to understand needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities with internal platforms, APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Contribute to MLOps workflows, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for safe, repeatable GenAI delivery.
• Write clean Python code and contribute reusable components and documentation.
