Job description

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience designing, building, and deploying NLP models and generative AI agents.
• Experience implementing DevOps and MLOps pipelines.
• Experience building generative AI solutions in a customer‑facing role.
• Experience in ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging) and coding in Python.
• English proficiency is required for all roles unless stated otherwise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience implementing multi‑agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google’s ADK, and complex patterns like ReAct, self‑reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
• Knowledge of LLM‑native metrics (tokens/sec, cost‑per‑request) and techniques for optimizing state management and granular tracing.
• Proven ability to implement secure agentic workflows incorporating MCP, tool‑calling, and OAuth‑based authentication.
• Ability to communicate in French, Spanish, Italian, or other European languages.

AI Cloud engineers in Google Cloud bridge the gap between pioneering models and a massive product vehicle reaching billions of users. In this role, you will be an embedded builder who brings frontier AI products into production‑grade customer environments. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic solutions directly within the customer’s environment, solving integration complexities, data‑readiness issues, and state‑management challenges that prevent AI from reaching enterprise‑grade maturity. Your work will also feed back into Google Cloud’s product roadmap, providing a critical feedback loop from real‑world field insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead developer for complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production‑grade agentic workflows (e.g., multi‑agent systems, MCP servers) that drive measurable ROI.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google’s AI products and customers’ live infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
• Build high‑performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agentic systems meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction points in Google’s AI stack, converting them into reusable modules or formal product feature requests for the Engineering teams.
• Co‑build with customer engineering teams to instill Google‑grade development best practices, ensuring long‑term project success and high end‑user adoption.

Compensation & Benefits

Poland: zł280 000 ‑ zł287 000 (PLN) + 15 % bonus target + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
