Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a GenAI Engineer to apply Generative and Agentic AI to financial services use cases. You will design, implement and test AI solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid Poland-based role.

The ideal candidate has banking experience with GenAI/LLM workflows, strong Python and SQL skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Practical banking/financial industry experience with GenAI and/or Agentic AI, including LLM based workflows.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with cloud-based data platforms and databases.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions, including Generative AI, LLM based workflows and Agentic AI components.
• Execute end-to-end testing of AI solutions and agent workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to design and optimize data pipelines for AI model training, inference and agent execution.
• Evaluate model and agent performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
