Job summary

your Jared is seeking a Lead GCP DevOps Engineer to lead architecture and delivery of Google Cloud Platform solutions from Poznań, with remote work within Poland. You will define CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices, oversee Kubernetes deployments, and guide security and performance improvements.

You will mentor the team, collaborate with customers, and shape cloud-native transformations using modern tools like GKE, Terraform, and Vertex AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Advanced hands-on in GCP services: GKE, CloudBuild, Secret Management, Container Registry.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and IaC.
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Define and implement DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC).
• Oversee Kubernetes-based operations and performance.
• Mentor team members and guide knowledge sharing.
