Job summary

Velux Deutschland GmbH is seeking a senior AI leader to drive adoption, implementation, and scaling of AI across GBS. You’ll connect business needs with technology and translate AI opportunities into measurable impact.

You’ll lead in a team focused on LEAN, RPA, Automation and Data Analytics, reporting to the Senior Manager. You’ll collaborate with IT and external partners to grow AI maturity and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, AI, engineering or related field.
5+ years in digital transformation, analytics, automation, AI, data science, or tech-enabled improvement.
Proven track record in AI, Generative AI, ML, automation or advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Identify AI opportunities across GBS and build strategy/roadmap with ROI and feasibility.
Support GBS Leaders in prioritizing AI initiatives.
Drive execution of the company’s AI strategy within GBS and align with enterprise priorities.
Identify and scale high-value AI use cases to improve efficiency, service quality and outcomes.
