Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Health and Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH) or equivalent relevant experience is desirable.
• Experience in strategic planning and operational management in a compliance-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of contracts management and various areas of compliance.
• Experience with electrical contracts is desirable.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to manage complex projects.

This role is crucial for ensuring the council's compliance with its landlord statutory and non-statutory duties and obligations across various portfolios, including domestic and commercial gas safety systems.

Day-to-Day of the Role

Take operational responsibility for ensuring compliance with landlord statutory and non-statutory duties across assigned portfolios.
