Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a creative Social Media Video Editor in Warsaw to join the Video Post-Production team. You will craft platform-ready short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for our global game channels, collaborating with Social Media Managers, Brand Directors, and motion designers.

You will render engaging social content, adapt workflows across 9:16/1:1/16:9 formats, and ensure branding consistency while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of CD PROJEKT RED's games and universes.
• Strong mobile-first storytelling for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Experience with After Effects for animated typography and UI elements.
• Dialogue cleanup, sound design, and audio optimization for mobile.
• Able to manage video projects from brief to delivery under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for mobile/social platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Translate briefs into video concepts, scripts, shot lists, and visuals.
• Create and adapt motion graphics, captions, and UI overlays.
• Capture gameplay footage from game builds and select b-roll moments.
• Prepare videos with subtitles, localized text, safe zones and export settings.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Community, Brand and Marketing teams.
