PixelAnt Games in Wrocław, Poland, seeks a Gameplay Programmer to join a team building Unreal Engine based games. You will work on a wide range of gameplay features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, optimized experiences for PC and consoles.
Applicants should have hands-on Unreal Engine experience (4/5), strong English and Polish communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Remote, hybrid or onsite work options are available in Wrocław.
PixelAnt Games is a co-development, porting, and full-production studio in Wrocław, Poland. We work on partners’ games like – Gears of War: Reloaded, Mortal Kombat 1, Forza Motorsport, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre – and we’re building our own original IP on Unreal Engine.
Our reputation is delivery: high quality, on time, on budget. Porting and optimization are most of what we have done, co-development is close behind, and we take on partial and full production too. Recently we focused on Nintendo Switch 2 – our ports of Cronos: The New Dawn and Layers of Fear: The Final Masterpiece Edition both shipped fully optimized, but gradually moving towards full dev opportunities and own IP.
As a Gameplay Programmer you will join a team developing an Unreal Engine based game with the tasks covering a whole spectrum of functionalities. Knowledge of Unreal Engine and Editor is mandatory. We expect you to know how to work with source code, blueprints and systems Unreal Engine offers (animations, navigation, AI, UI, and more). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams through agile workflows, ensuring our projects are delivered with peak performance and full compliance with certification requirements.
This job can be remote or onsite/hybrid in Wrocław, Poland.
