Tencent's TiMi Montréal is seeking to drive the vision for a new open-world RPG with a focus on gameplay design, story and monetization. The team collaborates across development and art groups to prototype and refine features to deliver an engaging player experience.

The position operates with a base pay range in Poland, from €108,000 to €120,000 per year, with eligibility for sign-on, relocation, variable pay, and RSUs, subject to local policies and eligibility.

• Create the overall vision of the games, including designing gameplay, characters, content, interface, aduio assets, stories, and overall game structure.
• Define game features and how they interact.
• Collaborate with the development team, art team and other related teams, create prototypes and refine designs to ensure an enjoyable player experience, pacing, content pipeline, monetization and retention mechanism.
