Job summary

Level Infinite in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Senior Designer/Creative Director to lead game design across AAA PC and console titles. You will help define and protect the creative vision, gameplay pillars, and player promise of each project, and contribute hands‑on design work when needed.

You will mentor design leadership, provide strategic direction to design and leadership teams, identify opportunities across portfolios, and travel regularly across Europe to strengthen partnerships with partner

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in game development.
• 3+ years in a creative senior leadership role (Lead Designer, Creative Director, Game Director, or equivalent).
• 2+ shipped AAA PC and Console shooter or action games.
• Strong experience on at least one shipped online, multiplayer, or live-service title.
• Deep understanding of multiplayer systems design across PvP, PvE, and co-op.
• Strong knowledge of game economies and monetization models (free-to-play, battle passes, live-service).
• Proven ability to operate at strategic vision level and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior teams.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with partner studios across Europe.

Who We Look For

• 10+ years of experience in game development
• 3+ years in a creative senior leadership role, such as Lead Designer, Creative Director, Game Director, or equivalent
• 2+ shipped AAA PC and Console shooter or action games
• Strong experience on at least one shipped online, multiplayer, or live-service title
• Deep understanding of multiplayer systems design across PvP, PvE, and co‑op
• Strong knowledge of game economies and monetization models, including free‑to‑play, battle passes, and live‑service content strategies
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic vision level and hands‑on execution level
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership
• Ability to give clear creative direction while balancing player experience, production realities, and business goals
• Ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback without becoming overly abstract or theoretical
• Willingness to travel and collaborate directly with partner studios across Europe

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is PLN255,600.00 to PLN433,200.00 per year.

Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign‑on payment, relocation package, variable payment, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
