Job summary

BoomBit, a leading mobile gaming company, invites you to join as Game Producer (AI-first prototyping) based in Poland. You will own games from concept to release and post-launch iterations, integrating AI at planning, coding, art creation, and testing while measuring actual savings.

You’ll coordinate developers, artists, designers and QA, run rapid prototyping, and decide which concepts move forward based on market tests and KPI signals. Flexible remote/hybrid options apply.

Qualifications

• What you’ll need: hands-on use of AI tools in development (coding assistants, asset generation, automated testing).
• Experience in production, project management or product ownership, ideally in mobile games.
• Knowledge of mobile KPIs: CPI, retention, playtime, monetisation.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and estimation skills.
• Clear communication and the judgement to balance speed, quality and scope.

Game Producer (AI-first prototyping)

What you’ll do

• Build AI into every stage of production: planning, coding, art and asset creation, testing. Measure what it actually saves.
• Own games from concept to release and post-launch iteration.
• Run rapid prototyping, and decide which concepts to stop or continue based on market tests and early KPIs.
• Break concepts into tasks, estimate realistically with AI-assisted development in mind, and manage milestones and priorities.

What you’ll need

• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in development work (e.g. AI coding assistants, asset generation, automated testing), not just awareness of them.
• Experience in production, project management or product ownership, ideally in mobile games.
• Working knowledge of mobile KPIs: CPI, retention, playtime, monetisation.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and estimation skills.
• Clear communication and the judgement to balance speed, quality and scope.

Nice to have

• Launched and iterated on mobile games.
• Experience with lean or MVP development.
• Familiarity with Jira, Linear or similar.
