Hitapps Inc. is a game development company known for Puzzle Games and Solitaire Associations. We seek a DevOps Engineer to boost engineering efficiency through automation, monitoring, and reliable delivery.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, automate builds and deployments, manage bare-metal infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to optimize workflows. You will work with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible, contributing to a proactive, learning-focused culture while

Qualificações

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years managing bare-metal infrastructure (OVHcloud, Hetzner, Servers or similar).
• Proven experience with monitoring services (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or similar).
• Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with Ansible automation.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge and tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Drone, GitHub Actions or similar).
• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and continuous learning.
• Ability to work with sophisticated systems and analytical challenges.

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in Puzzle Games. We have several successful products with a combined total of over 200M+ downloads, and we are regularly featured in the top charts in the Games section worldwide. Our TOP project is Solitaire Associations.

Currently, we are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer, whom we will entrust with enhancing engineering efficiency through automation and performance monitoring.

Your Role:

• Collaborating with development team to optimize workflows and improve development processes;
• Configuring, provisioning, and maintaining bare-metal resources and infrastructure;
• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software delivery;
• Automating builds, tests, and deployments to improve team efficiency;
• Designing, implementing and maintaining monitoring and logging services;
• Providing hands‑on technical support and resolving;
• Working across multiple tools, platforms, and environments;
• Continuously growing your technical skills and sharing knowledge across the team.

What makes you a perfect fit?

• Relevant work experience for at least 3 years;
• 2+ years of experience with managing a bare-metal infrastructure (Ovhcloud, Hetzner, Servers or similar);
• Proven experience with monitoring services (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or similar);
• Proficient in containerization (Docker) technology, Kubernetes, and other orchestration technologies;
• Proven experience with Ansible automation;
• Strong knowledge in CI/CD practices, and the tools used to provide this (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Drone, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies);
• Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning;
• Ability to work with sophisticated systems and analytical challenges.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with building and maintaining helm charts and customize modules for applications and services;
• Experience with an implementation and maintaining of internal network (VPN + Firewall) in the company;
• Knowledge of scripting languages: Python, Ruby or similar.
