Job summary

Sperasoft ищет опытного дизайнера игр для AAA-шутера. Вы будете работать с директором по игре и командой дизайна, формируя направление дизайна, баланс и функциональные обновления. Ваша роль включает совместную работу с инженерами и художниками, участие в прототипировании и тестировании.

Требуется опыт в шутерах от первого/третьего лица и знание Unreal Engine 5. Важны творческие способности, организованность и хорошие коммуникационные навыки.

Qualifications

• Опыт дизайна игр для шутеров от первого/третьего лица.
• Опыт полного цикла разработки и участие хотя бы в одном выпущенном проекте.
• Знание инструментов 3D-уровней и дизайна уровней, преимущественно Unreal 5.

Responsibilities

• Формулировать и доводить видение крупных дизайнерских инициатив и функций.

Sperasoft is a game co-development company that works with partners to deliver AAA titles for world-class publishers. It provides technical and creative services to the global video games industry.

Задачи:

Collaborate with the Game Director and Game Design team on design decisions for a large AAA first-person shooter Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, and design overhauls; hold brainstorming and playtest sessions Work with engineers, artists, and producers to design, tune, and implement game design directions Lead complex, challenging, and impactful game aspects with minimal oversight Analyze internal and external metrics and feedback, and adjust the design or game balance when needed Contribute to prototyping, game balancing, and gameplay tuning

Experience in Game Design for first- or third-person shooter games Full-cycle and multi-discipline development experience, including at least one shipped title as a game designer Knowledge of 3D level and game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal 5 Strong attention to quality and detail, creatively and technically Strong creative skills Excellent organization and communication skills Familiarity with project management methodologies and software Passion for games English proficiency in verbal, written, and technical communication
