Job summary

Sperasoft, часть Keywords Studios, ищет дизайнера уровня и геймплея с опытом работы над FPS-играми. В должности предстоит формировать концепцию, баланс и функциональные направления AAA-проектов, работать в междисциплинарной команде и доводить идеи до реализации.

Требуется опыт выпуска целевых проектов, владение инструментами дизайна, знание Unreal 5 и технический английский. Вакансия предполагает гибкий график и участие в творческих командных мероприятиях.

Qualifications

• Опыт в дизайне игр на полноформатных проектах AAA.
• Полный цикл разработки с участием как минимум одного выпущенного титула.
• Знание инструментов 3D level и гейм-дизайна, преимущественно Unreal 5.

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничать с Game Director и командой дизайна над решениями дизайна для AAA FPS.
• Определять и доносить видение крупных инициатив и новых функций.
• Проводить мозговые штурмы и игровые тестирования; формировать баланс игры.
• Сотрудничать с инженерами, художниками и продюсерами для реализации направлений дизайна.
• Вести сложные и значимые элементы игры с минимальным надзором.
• Анализировать внутренние и внешние метрики и корректировать дизайн при необходимости.
• Участвовать в прототипировании, балансировании и настройке игрового процесса.

Sperasoft is a game co-development company that works with partners to deliver AAA titles for publishers. It is part of Keywords Studios, a provider of technical and creative services to the global video games industry.

Задачи:

• Collaborate with the Game Director and Game Design team on design decisions for a large AAA first-person shooter;
• Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, and major design overhauls;
• hold brainstorming and playtest sessions;
• Collaborate with engineers, artists, and producers to design, tune, and implement game design directions;
• Lead complex and impactful game aspects with minimal oversight;
• Analyze internal and external metrics and feedback, adjusting the design or game balance as needed;
• Contribute to prototyping, game balancing, and gameplay tuning.

Требования:

• Experience in Game Design for first- or third-person shooter games;
• Full-cycle, multidisciplinary game development experience, including at least one shipped title as a game designer;
• Knowledge of 3D level and game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal 5;
• Strong attention to quality and detail, both creatively and technically;
• Strong creative skills;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software;
• Passion for games;
• Proficiency in spoken, written, and technical English.
