Job summary

Ixilix seeks an experienced Game Designer to craft engaging slot games, focusing on visual concepts, game features, and overall look and feel for new and existing titles.

You will collaborate with producers, artists, animators, developers, and mathematicians to deliver polished game experiences that captivate players across markets. Fluency in English (B1+) is required, with a passion for gambling industry dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer or Game Producer in iGaming/Slot Games
• Strong understanding of slot game structure: base game, bonus rounds, features, symbols
• Experience developing visual concepts for slot games (themes, setting, style, overall mood)
• Good knowledge of the gambling industry: products, competitors, markets
• Experience in writing design documentation, technical specifications, requirements
• Experience in evaluating and balancing slot’s mathematical models
• Experience describing game features and mechanics clearly for development teams
• English - B1+ level

In this role, you will join our team to help create engaging and visually appealing slot games. You will focus on developing visual concepts, shaping game features, and improving the look and feel of both new and existing games.

• Create new skins and thematic variations for existing games.
• Work with predefined mechanics, adapting them into new themes and visual styles.
• Prepare design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with producers, artists, animators, developers, and mathematicians.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer or Game Producer in iGaming / Slot Games is must.

Format of cooperation

• Remote from EU
