Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Łódź Plant Internship Program invites high-potential students or graduates to lead finance initiatives, partner with sales and production engineering, and deliver actionable financial insights.

You will tackle real-world challenges, own projects from day one, and develop leadership and strategic analytical skills in a dynamic environment with mentorship and training.

Qualifications

• 3rd, 4th or 5th-year student or recent graduate with an interest in Finance.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
• Strong leadership, strategic analytical thinking and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner influencing business decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of business dynamics, analyze data, provide financial insights.
• Own significant projects from Day 1, improving local and regional operations.

Work Schedule: 80-100% (typically 4 days a week at our Łódź Plant)

Locations: Łódź to start in October-December 2026

Duration: 6 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position in Warsaw upon successful completion of the program)

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business.
• Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise.
• Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations.

Job Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you can answer "YES" to the following questions:

• Are you a 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance?
• Are you fluent in Polish?
• Are you proficient in English?
• Do you possess strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills?
• Do you believe you have excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across diverse organizations and teams?
• Can you effectively manage your time to achieve even the most ambitious goals?
