Procter & Gamble in Łódź is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Gillette Plant and drive reliability, quality, and safety from day one. You will own production processes, lead teams, and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or within two years of graduation from a technical university in fields such as Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in eliminating losses in production or other processes is desirable.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and analytical thinking are essential.
• Willingness to learn, initiative and flexibility in work approach.

Starting Salary: 13,500 PLN per month.
